The historical background, geographical location and the spirit of Islam have altogether given a unique characteristics to the Muslims of Bangladesh. Bangladeshis are one of the World's bravest and most patriotic nations of the world. No power in the World could destroy our quest for freedom. This is why, the nation enjoys an enviable democracy inspite of her poor economic condition. Certainly, Islam, along with the history and geographic location have contributed to the development of today's Bangladesh.
